Diddy and Cassie and engaged… or not!

Diddy and CassieDiddy and Cassie have made their way up to the gossip blogs as much as any real couple without having to even carry that status. Articles and images left the internet questioning their relationship but recently, Star Magazine shocked everyone by printing up an article stating that the two were secretly engaged!

Sean “Diddy” Combs is giving marriage a chance. The bachelor father of six is quietly telling close friends and family that he and singer Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura are heading to the chapel. “He told everyone to keep it extremely quiet because he didn’t want it to get out, but you could tell he was excited,” says a source. “Diddy said they hadn’t set a date yet, but he wanted his family to hear the news first.”

Diddy quikly denied the Star Magazine report…

“Contrary to tabloid reports, there is no engagement. This was a complete fabrication,” a boss for the hip-hop rep said Friday.

Are these two faking the funk or is Cassie just another one of Daddy Diddy’s side chicks? It’s clearly obvious that the word “friends” just doesn’t cut it as a good description for the two.

Foxy Brown and Lil' KimBook publisher Simon & Schuster Inc. sued rappers Foxy Brown and Lil’ Kim yesterday, saying they were separately contracted to write books for Simon & Schuster but after collecting their advances, each failed to produce manuscripts.

Foxy was paid $75,000 in 2005 to deliver an autobiography called Broken Silence by February 2006, whildLil’ Kim was paid $40,000 in 2003 for a novel due June 2004.
