Presidential candidate, John Edwards states that African American males will soon be in jail or dead.
“We start with the president of the United States saying to America, we cannot build enough prisons to solve this problem. And the idea, that we’re just going keep incarcerating and keep incarcerating - pretty soon we’re not going to have a young African-American male population in America. They’re all going to be in prison or dead, one of the two.”
Media may shine light on a lot of stereo types but it also makes a lot of people believe what is and what is not reality in America.
Now with that said… what would you say the outlook of African-American males in America is in the eyes of everyone else?
