HE had to many lawsuit’s. he stole the idea of the 40/40 from another club. and far as def jam their were to many complaints about him getting rid of ppl thats been with def jam since the the start. like ll cool j who was the very first artist to def jam. jay-z spent tomuch time and money on beyonce and pushed a lot of artist albums back.so def jam did what tey had to do but they did it in in a way that let jay-z keep his image.

i love jayz 2 death, but people jus dont realize how near-broke dis nigga really is! in 2007 his networth was around $400 million, but most of dat came from him sellin def jam so when u look @ it his behind was really broke, i would say maybe a few mill… people aint buyin CDs like they used 2, bootleggin is on da rise and dis nigga b talkin about “retiring” and sh*t… NIGGA THINK ABOUT RETIRING WHEN U GET ON OPRAH’S LEVEL! lol… but really and truly i do not think he is a good businessman at all and he doesnt make good business decisions, sellin off everythin is not gonna solve ur problem bruh…. I had the pleasure of going to the 40/40 in Vegas. It was a nice spot. Sucks that it’s closing down. But you know Jay-Z will do something else. He’s got something up his sleeve.

Well miss sexyndelicious, jay made 82 mil last year and was the second highest earner among all rappers, so I doubt that the man was damn near broke.

For the other miss fact, that’s the reason they got rid of dame for dropping people. LL cool j couldn’t sell albums his self and jay didn’t drop him LL just thought he was going to sell a million after all those whack singles especially after def jam spent all that money on that whack ass LL and J Lo song a few years ago.

and check the new vibe and check out his ventures and see if he really broke and they didn’t add the sports team in europe he owns.
